Shipping policy
- Shipping rates can be calculated on the cart page before starting checkout process.
- Free delivery for all orders over £40.
- Orders will dispatch 2-4 working days after payment is received (often much sooner) We will try to always help with any urgent requirements to send quicker too.
- Please note that orders are only processed on Mondays and Wednesdays currently between the hours of 9.00am-4.00pm unless it is peak time.
- UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class - which has a 2-3 working day delivery estimate. During busy periods please allow extra time for delivery.
- International orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery worldwide.
- EU customers please be aware that import fees and custom charges may be applied on receiving your order. This is payable by you. Thank Brexit.
